By using a vacuum, the dust caused during sanding is inhaled by the machine and therefore does not spread around the area being treated. Especially in schools and offices this is a great asset to have as there is far less dust around that could be inhaled by pupils or staff during the sanding process.
As we all know dust can settle and a layer of dirt can seem to be left around the room. Due to the dust-free technology this will not be present when we leave and we will be sure to only vacate the property when it is to the standard it was when we arrived, only with a much better looking floor.
